Nothing rings truer than “work hard, play hard” for Sarah. She joined the Dave Ozubko Real Estate Group in 2021, and brings boundless energy and extensive customer service and marketing background in the hospitality industry to her work.

Pace and tenacity is what attracted Sarah to build a career in real estate—every day is different, alive with new challenges, new learnings and rewards. She connected with Dave & Maria through the animal rescue community and realized quickly that their synergy and their plan for the three of them as a team was a perfect fit for her career path. Sarah has also always loved architecture and interior design. One of the things she likes best about working with her clients is taking in a wide range of perspectives: Every day, she witnesses what “home” looks like through the eyes of her clients.

Sarah enjoys sharing the knowledge that ultimately empowers her clients, and enjoys the practice of being a responsive communicator and determined problem solver. A large part of what clients rely on for a successful transaction is being connected to a reliable network of professionals, as well as an agent, and Sarah knows those interactions are fundamental to feeling confident with a big decision. Getting her clients top dollar, or finding them their dream home, are the goals that drive her every day.

Within her career as a real estate agent, Sarah has proven she is in the pursuit of a profession that was meant to be. She is recipient of Re/MAX 100% Club, in 2021 and 202; in addition, she has received several personal production awards.

Sarah grew up a competitive dancer and in her adult life she remains active. She is up for almost any activity in the great outdoors, including summiting mountains across Alberta and British Columbia, and has aspirations to see the view from mountain peaks across the globe, starting with a trek to Mount Everest.

Despite a love to venture, Sarah also revels in being able to return to a comfortable and happy home base, and makes it her career goal to find the same for her clients. When she kicks back, she enjoys spending time with her family, or diving into a good book.

Inspiration behind animal rescue: When Sarah understood how vulnerable animals can really be, she got involved, and has dedicated her volunteer time to dog rescue organizations for the past 10 years. Her two dogs, Bentley & Belle, were adopted from HART.
