Dave’s morning mantra might go something like this: “If you want it, go get it. Today, nothing is holding you back…”

…and Dave walks that walk every day, with a smile, full steam ahead. He draws on the habits of successful people and sticks to simple fundamentals, including staying fit and active, journaling, choosing positivity, and taking time out to rest and restore.

After 15 years in the hospitality industry, playing all roles including manager and owner, his skills and discipline led him to a career as a Realtor, and down a path, in some ways, he always knew he would take. He values being in charge of his day, as well as being challenged by his work, and ensures that sense of autonomy trickles down to his clients. Dave arms people with information, and as a result, helps foster that confidence needed to make big-life decisions, like buying or selling a home or property.

His focus on the client experience and customer service has driven results. Passion and ability to lead a team and provide innovative marketing on social media has made the DaveSells team what it is today.

It’s important to Dave that his clients have fun when it comes to buying and selling their home. Staying market savvy, up-to-date with trends and on top of analytics are only some of the ways he helps his clients know what move is the right one. He is a voice of reason in the thick of a negotiation, and stays calm and positive through the process, allowing his clients to tap into their own knowing, with Dave as their guide.

He values integrity and kindness in people, and not surprisingly, all his real estate business has come through repeat clients and referrals; people trust him from the moment they meet him. Within the first few years of his real estate career, Dave was the recipient of many awards, including RE/MAX “Hall of Fame”, “Rookie of the Year”, and “Rising Star” awards, and has since received the Life Time Achievement.

Inspiration behind animal rescue? His first dog was a rescue, and it was an eye-opening experience. He saw how the rescue community was in desperate need, and was inspired to give back on a regular basis. He is grateful to have a successful business that allows the team to give back and support animals in need.
